Samsung f6670 rapidly powering up and down

Hi
Recently had my to start to install power up and down (randomly every 1-3 seconds-.
After A while no power at all.
Checked power board and fuse had gone.
Replaced power board and went back to rapidly powering up and down.
Changed av board but did not help.
Problem persists until I unplug av board
Any ideas welcome
