Samsung lcd backlight issue.

Hello
I have a samsung model LN40D550K1FXZC lcd television, that the backlight stopped working in. I have sound and can see the image with a flashlight. The tv was purchased Dec 2011 for our home gym and has no more than 10-15 hrs total usage in that time, and it hasn't been turned on in at least 6 months until now. I've checked all the boards for physical damage and swollen caps, but nothing stands out. Both fuses are good. Just wondering if someone knows what voltage I should be looking for coming out of the power supply board and going into the backlight inverter. I'm assuming one of those 2 boards is the issue.
