Samsung ue22h500ak flickering black and white

Hi, i have an issue with the samsung ue22h5000ak, while i am using the hdmi, the screen flickers black and white, so during a film, it will be in colour and then its black and white for a second or so and then it goes back to colour, and it repeats like this. i have reset everything back to factory, i have tried a laptop a fire stick and a google chrome cast and they are all the same, however it doesnt seem to do it on the PS4!
i have searched and not come up with anything so i am wondering if there is anyone here that can shed some light on this for me as i dont know where to start.
