Samsung un55hu6830 no sound

I have a samsung 55" un55hu6830, the sound goes out when I am watching tv. the strange thing is when i hit menu or the volume button I can hear the clicking sound.
This happens on netflix too. I tried an external speaker, same thing.
If i power it off for a while the sound comes back sometimes.
what part should I replace?
