Samsung un82ru8000fxza power cycling Can't Post

When the TV powers on, the back light comes on but there is no audio or video. After a few seconds I can here a relay click and it powers off and then back on. It will stay in that cycle forever.

There are only two boards on the backside of the TV, so I replaced both of them. The main board (BN94-14503A) and the power supply board (BN44-00874F). I still got the same result. I did some more research and this started to sound like a T-con board issue. There are two wide ribbon cables going from the main board to connectors at the bottom of the panel. There is a long narrow access panel where one of the cables connects. I unplugged that cable, powered on the TV and there is now audio and it quit power cycling. I am assuming this is where the T-con board is located.

However, I can't find any replacement part online. Does anyone know if the T-con board is repairable or is it integrated into the LCD panel which means the TV is toast. Thanks for any feedback.
