Sanyo 31" Flyback trouble?

I have a 31" Sanyo Model# DS31550 that will not power up correctly.
When I push the power button I get the normal click noise and about 5 seconds of a low hum until it clicks again and shuts off. During that time there is absolutely no change to the display.
About a year ago I had the TV repaired for the exact same problem, the shop replaced the Flyback Trans. It worked for a year, and I feel that I could probaly just replaced the part myself. I have found it online at:

Is there something else that could be causing the flyback trans to die, or is that a semi-common problem?
