Sanyo avm-3258g Vertical IC	Can't Post

My Sanyo AVM-3258g intermittently goes to a single horizontal line upon power-up. I know it is an issue with the vertical circuit but I need a schematic for further troubleshooting. Anybody have a schematic or can you direct me to the specific IC, Caps and resistors? Thanks for your help.

Check the solder joints on IC451 and immediate vicinity. You can also download the E:Fact #4507 for this set at www.samswebsite.com for $20. You might also want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacment for this set with a little effort on your part.
