hello everyone. I hope I have a simple question. I have a Sceptre X32BV-FullHD tv and the screen is very washed out. It looks like it's been bleached if that makes any sense. Adjusting the picture settings does nothing. And as Dave Jones is fond of saying "Thou shall check voltages" the power rails are confusing. The 5v rail tests at 9v the 12v rail tests at 20v and the (what I assume is the backlight) 24v rail tests out at 42v.
My question is do you think this is just a bad power board or could there be something more going on? I don't want to throw $60 at this thing only for it to do the same thing. For that I would just need another $20 and I could get a brand new one of the same size.
