Seiki LC-32GL12F not powering on	Can't Post

My two YO Seiki LC32GL12F no longer powers on. I took the back cover off and could see nothing loose and no obvious fuse that I could remove and replace. How can I determine if it is the power board (I've already found one online for about $40) and is this board fairly simpe to remove and replace (it looks to be). Thanks in advance!

You may want to see IF they have a firmware update for your item and if they recommend trying to install it. http://www.seiki.com/support/downloads.php But since your model doesn't appear to be listed ???

If all the (marked) connector pins are what they are stated/when stated ... it's good. (IF they aren't marked contact the manufacturer http://www.seiki.com/company/contact.php to attempt to obtain a service manual which may have that information.)
