I have the Seiki SE40FO03UK tv and the last few days when I have been turning it on, it isn't powering up fully. It loads the first part up with SEIKI on the screen and the rest of the normal screen working. The remote powers the TV on but then everything is non responsive, even the buttons on the TV don't work either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
