Sharp 28LF92H - Factory Settings/Service menu?

Got a Sharp 28LF92H http://www.internet-guide.co.uk/...ns/Sharp-28LF92H.php
a few weeks ago. For no apparent reason it's now stuck in zoom and keeps switching off when trying to change zoom or trying to go to AV. What IR signals on a UR access the factory settings/service menu. I wan't to use a universal remote to fix the setting on the tv.
