Sharp LC-43LB481U replacement display is hard to find

My 43 inch Sharp Roku TV had an accident involving a dog bone gone astray. The left side of the screen is broken. The TV is usable, but I'd like to replace the broken screen.
I can't find a replacement screen for that model anywhere, including the Sharp website. I've tried Amazon, Ebay, and a number of industry specific parts suppliers with no luck. We bought the TV about two years ago, I think.
I was wondering if a screen from another 43 inch model would work, or if anyone could point me in the right direction to find one? Google results have looked promising at first but turned up nothing once I got to the sites it recommended.
