Sharp LC60LE644U Can't Post

Hi All,
I have a sharp 60" lcd tv The issue is that the picture is all Fuzzy and i have horizontal scrolling white lines over everything including the menu I'm sharing the picture from my google drive
[https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4kWUGMVS4BRUXJnQkI2aVVSX00]
this is a close up picture of when the TV is first turned on as you can see the R & P from the sharp logo when it turns on you will notice how it isn't clear at all. would this be the T-con board?
and any recommedations on where to get Parts?
I looked on ebay and there wasn't anything for parts there.
Thank you
Smile

While I can't locate boards either, IF set uses a tcon then Shop Jimmy site statement usually applies:
IMPORTANT: Horizontal lines on the screen are virtually NEVER caused by a bad T-con board. Horizontal lines indicate a defective LCD panel (screen).

where you able to look at the posted picture?
what gets me is that the lines are scrolling.
do you think it would be the main board?
if it was fixed lines I would think it would be the panel but I'm no tech.
on the other hand the TV was moved maybe it bumped somehow.
Thank you for the quick reply jts1957
