Sharp Roku TV - Single thick Black Line on the Screen?

Hi, I have a Sharp Roku TV Model:LC-50LB481U. I just moved and when we got the TV to the new house it had a constant single Black line (2" thick-Vertical) on the screen. Thinking it got banged around in the move.
Tried all types of resets, but the Black line remains. Any thoughts to test or trash? Thanks!!
