Sharp tv problem

I have a sharp tv 54GT 25SC. The problem is when it is switched on there is no signal but when you totally switched off the front led switches on and off immediately. I had changed the eloctrylitic capacitors and some diodes they were suspicious but it is still the same. I do not have a circuit diagram.
