Single Vertical Line Can't Post

I have a china TV set SVA (model:D2930)

The Hot was blown in it, i replaced it and now i have a vertical coloured line in the center (where there i can see some picture in the line. Sound checks out fine, Connections were resolded, Resistance check around the neck of the crt are good for horizontal deflection. Getting about -300 to 300v(pulsing about 60u secs) at the horizontal coils on the crt. B+ reading good. cap's and resistors around Lopt seem good. I am at the end of things i think i should check. any help would be greatly appreciated!.

Thanks stan, It was a single vertical line. The problem was a high voltage cap going to the horizontal coils. It read ok but i replaced all the caps 1 by one and then bang, perfect picture!!!.
