Sony Bravia 65" Flickering Screen

Hi,
I'm having an issue with my Sony Bravia 65" TV. The screen keeps moving/flickering up and down constantly and 3 lines appear at the bottom of the screen. I've tried resetting the TV and unplugging the TV, but still no joy. Any ideas.
