Sony KDL-40V2500 No sound - Message: "not available while using headphones"

Sony KDL40v2500. USA.
I started with no picture, no sound, no power light. The Standby Light was blinking three times. I replaced the Power Board A-1207-096-B but that did not solve the problem. I then replaced the Main Board A-1204-352-E. I now have picture, but no sound. Under settings, the Audio is grayed out and I get the message "not available while using headphones". I plugged in headphones into the audio jack - no sound.
I did a Factory Reset of the TV - but that did not solve the problem.
I changed the Audio Setting from TV Speaker to Audio Out Fixed/Variable which sends the stereo sound to the Audio Out Ports. I connected Headphones to the Audio Out – no sound.
So, I am unable to get any sound from the TV.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
