Sony KDL-46VE5 Bravia -- no picture, no backlight, standyby light goes from red to green

Standby light is red while plugged in, goes green when turned on, and I can hear the relay click.
But no picture, no backlight in the dark, and a flashlight shined at the screen in the dark shows no image.
Unsure if there's audio.
Usually TV stays on, but sometimes after turning on, will cycle from green on, to standby red.
Have checked voltages on the following:
Connector 1 Photo (https://imgur.com/a/ghH0F)
While TV On:
Back Light On = 0.45v
Heater On = 3.3v
H Sync = 0
Dimmer = 1.46v
Inv Err = 0.40v
TV Off
All above 0v

Power On = 3.3v
ACC Off Det = 3.37v
Stby = 3.37v
Reg 12v = 12v
Unreg 15v = 15v
