Sony KDL-46Z4500 Completly Dead Can't Post

I've got a KDL-46Z4500 with what I believe to be a faulty power supply board. Part No. 1-877-271-12 I am getting no standby codes and no standby voltage and the pin on the main output connector. However when I unplug the T-Con board connector I get a very small reading less than a volt but I don't believe the T-con is faulty I just think it's trying to draw current but It can't.

I have some experience repairing TV's and really want to repair this board instead of just buying a new one. There are a few components I have tested or replaced from another working Sony board, which include:

- Main 150uf 450 Caps
- Bridge Rectifier
- Main Relay
- Standby Transformer
- 0.22uf and 10K Cap right beside the mains input
plus the other 0.22uf and 10K cap after the coil/choke things

I have also tested with my ESR meter all the caps beside the main output connector all measuring fine. The fuse is also fine.

I did find something unusual with the main 450v Caps, with only the mains power connected they only very very slowly charge, after a few minutes I was only reading half a volt, and after a few more I wasn't even up to a volt.

Are they before or after the relay?

Above has a very small service manual for your model - What is the full EG1L-? chassis number?

I presume you mean the 450v Caps? I'm afraid I couldn't tell you. As mentioned they very slowly charge just with the board connected to mains and at no point does the relay click. Where can I find that chassis number?

How about 'Location' numbers (C6529, RY6000, etc.) for parts already mentioned?

Here is the best shot I can get of the bottom of the board, does this help:

I can't make out the location numbers - anything smaller than the board number.

Hook everything back together. (Preferably 'correctly.')

NOTE: EACH board has 'Sony plus letter(s) &/or number(s)' on them.

I'm asking for voltages on two different connectors, one each on two different boards.

110-240VAC CN6000 on G6?

5VDC CN2800 #7 on FBA?

Thankyou very much for your help but I've decided I'm going to completely replace the power board.
