Sony KV-13FS110 Error code	Can't Post

I have a Sony KV-13fs110 13" TV. It will power up the deGauss relay, but nothing else. The On/Off LED then starts blinking four blinks, a pause, then continues the four blinks. The only way to shut it off is pull the plug. What error code is this? Any help would be appreciated.

You have a problem in the vertical deflection circuit as indicated by the four blinks.

Thanks for the hint. Anything more specific would be appreciated. As it doesn't power up, is it possible the HOT is dead?

The vertical circuit has nothig to do with the HOT. I do not have a schematic for that specific model so I can't be more specific but I would suspect something around the vertical IC (perhaps IC501).
