Sony KV-27FS12 Sound No Picture

 Hi everyone
The pitcure on my Sony KV-27FS12 recently went 'fuzzy' and then off. Now the pitcure will not come on. We have sound, and a blinking LED. I've heard talk of 'OCP' Over Current Protection, but don't know if this is relevant. Does anyone know what is wrong? is there a repair kit? Is this a common problem?
