Sony KV-27TS20	Can't Post

Got a 27in sony that wont power on, when power button is pressed it makes a slight noise like a relay trying to click in and doesn't. The noise is coming from a small black plastic block about 3/4 sq. (Type TV 100 VDC TY-5) is what I can read on it... Any ideas where to start on this, I have repaired some arcade monitors before with a flow chart. I am not totally lost but the arcade monitor is not as near populated as a tv. Thanks for any help..Michael

Check D603 and D604 and R610. Check or replace C605(22mfd@250v).

I havent had a chance to pull the pcb yet, but I am getting a blinking red light on the front. It is not giving me a code from what I can tell just constant blinking. Does that tell me anything? Thanks Michael

The constantly blinking light indicates that no reply from the jungle IC or the IK video path is defective.
