Sony KV32S16 Standby Mode	Can't Post

When I turn it on you can here the sound but the standby light keeps blinking for about

5 to ten minutes then the picture comes on. After the picture comes on, if I shut it off and

turn it back on it takes like 30 seconds to get the picture. Please Help!!

This could be a ssimple as cold solder joint or as bad as a week CRT, first attept to locate any bad solder joints and resolder all these see if the problem gets any better

I would first suspect a weak CRT. Sometimes this condition can be corrected by turning up the screen voltage until you just see the white retrace lines and then backing it off until they just disappear.
