Sony KV32XBR15 No Sound Until Warm Up	Can't Post

It now takes 5 - 15 minutes to warm up before the sound
comes on, then all is well. Can this be corrected by changing out the sound board I have read about? Any thoughts and details would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sony does incorperate a small sound board that is easly changed but first I would check for bad solder joints in all sections of this set
