Sony Kv 28ls 35u	Can't Post

Hi guys..

My Sony kv28ls35u tv has a problem, the problem is that, i switch the tv on and the standby light blinks twice and then switches off.
The Loptex has been checked and is ok, the line output transistor is Ok and their is No rush or EHT.

Please, try and help me with this problem if you can

take the horizontal out transistor out of the board and switch on and see if there is about 105volts on the centre connection of the transistor.if you have then the flyback transformer is faulty which is common on these tv's and the transistor will probably measure base/emitter short circuit so change that as well.
