Hello i just bought a Sony KV-5000, from a thrift store and it was missing the power chord. So i got a replacement cord and there was still no power. i would appreciate any ideas/suggestions. Also it is a (80's tv not sure if thats the year) portable TV with entena. It also has a AC & DC plug in power. i got the AC cord for it, not the DC. I took it apart to see if there were any loose connection's or shortage in the wires, every thing looked ok from what i could see. I don't know a lot about TV's.
all the circuit board's looked ok .
