I would like to identify the actual card to replace when the "Red" will no longer align on the left side of the display. When a menu is displayed on the screen which uses white characters, the red is shifted one character to the right. When you select the option for convergence adjustment white, red and green align in the middle, which is correct, but the left side of the entire screen is out of alignment. Red displays separated from the other colors.

Sorry to inform you that "Cards" are not a replacement item. In most cases you will have to replace the indivdual components on the board. With that being said, Sony does replace boards while the set is in warranty (Projection sets). But once these models complete the warranty period they stop the supply of replacement boards.

Your problem sounds like a convergence problem. Did you try adjusting?
