Split Single TV Signal onto multiple TVs Can't Post

I've seen this done in electronic stores like Best Buy where two or more TVs are put next to each other (in Best Buy, they use around 16 TVs) and the TV singnal is mapped to all the TVs which creates the illusion of one giant TV. I'm sorry, I don't know what the correct term for that is. But my question is, how can I achieve that effect? Do I need an adapter? If so, are they available at Radioshack? Thanks.
