Sylvania Color Problem Can't Post

I have Sylvania 6420FE 20"

I've had it for about a year. I also have a 5.1 Surround Sound hook-up, with the center speaker on the top of the TV with a box inbetween the two. Whenever a red, orange, or yellow color is on the left side of the screen, a purple color shows up. It's like a very dense haze covering the color, as if the tint had been messed with. It only happens to certain colors, but happens every time. What could be causing it?

Ok. Here's an image of the TV. You see the darkest red spot? That's purple on the TV.

Here's the center speaker.

This is a purity problem and is probably caused by the proximity of the external speakers to the TV. Move the speakers away from the TV and turn it off and on a few times to let the automatic degausing circuit demagnetize the tube.

Then it apparently needs to have the purity magnets adjusted by someone with the proper test equipment.

It shouldn't but most shops have a minimum charge. Call some of your local shops and check their charges.
