 I am working on a Toshiba model TP-55H60 that shut down during an electrical storm,, I replaced the two convergence IC's Q751 and Q752. The problem is the same, when you press the on button the relay clicks and then the red light flashes on and off. I am missing the + and - 18 volts and the +36 volts from the power supply. Does the misssing voltage come from the regulator IC 801 (STRZ4117)? I scoped the transformer T862 on the power supply and it not running. I do not have a schematic and really need to know were the 18 and 36 volts come from, I think the regulator took a hit.. any help would be appreciated... Thank you Robert
