Hello,all
my tv mgs new model mgs dled32hd ,freez on boot and it stop on logo mgs and shutt up,and turn again and shuttup continuously,i check all capacitors and voltages are ok,but someone told me, it can be solved by a dump.bin to repair it...please helps.
