TV SONY KV32V15 FAILURE TWICE Can't Post

IN A SONY KV32V15, I CHANGED THE TRANSISTORS Q602, Q603 IN THE POWER SUPLY, THE HORIZONTAL TRANSISTOR Q591 , THEY WERE SHORT CIRCUITED, AND THE RESISTOR R607 WAS OPEN, THE TV SWITCHED ON OK FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN SWITCH OFF,. I CHANGED THE SAME PARTS AGAIN, AND THE TV SWITCHED ON FOR 4 HOURS AND THEN SWITCHED OFF AGAIN. THE SAME PARTS ARE DAMAGED FOR THE SECOND TIME
WHATīS CAUSING THIS PROBLEM?
IS THERE ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC PART CAUSING THOSE ELEMENT GET SHORT CIRCUITED?
PLEASE , NEED HELP. BEFORE CHANGING THE PARTS AGAIN.

This set is particulary sensative to generic substitute parts (transistors/ICs). If you used non Sony parts, that could be your problem.

also make sure you resolder the horizontal drive transformer connections.

I CHECKED AND REPLACED THE IC VERTICAL, RESOLDERED THE HORIZONTAL DRIVE TRANSFORMER CONNECTIONS THE SECOND TIME, AND I USED ONLY SONY PARTS. IT LASTED SWITCH ON 4 HOURS AND IT FAILURED AGAIN.

did you check the tube yet,i would suspect it is going to be the tube or transformer, the tube is known to blow these parts therefore i would check that first

I REPLACED ALL THE DAMAGED PARTS, IN THE POWER SUPLY THE Q602, Q603 TRANSISTORS, AND THE HORIZONTAL Q591 , TOO.
I CHANGED THE IC601, Q502, R607, IC501 AND ALSO THE FLY BACK TRANSFORMER.
THEN I SWITCHED ON THE TV WITH THE CRT UNPLUGGED AND IT LASTED SWITCH ON JUST 20 MINUTES.THEN IT SWITCHED OFF .
I CHANGED THE R607, THE Q602, Q603 AND THE HORIZONTAL Q591, THOSE WERE DAMAGED FOR THE FOURTH TIME AGAIN.
I SWITCHED ON THE TV. BUT THIS IT WORKED ONLY FOR 5 MINUTES. NOW ITīS OFF AGAIN WITH THE SAME PARTS DAMAGED.
I WONDER WHATīS HAPPENING.

Have you resoldered the Horizontal drive transformer?, Not the flyback but the little square thing next to the HOT. when this unsolders it destroys all the componets you list, also check the capacitor that filters this

In a similar set 32S10, if you dont replace the 3 VDR's 601/602/603 one black & two green, those same parts will keep shorting, see if you have those VDR's in there, if so replace! Also check if there is a 6.8 ohm resistor near one of those VDR's, in the 32S10 it's R644. replace even if it test's good. Im supprised no one else knew this!!

One tough cookie there. Start testing all the doides & resisters & caps. In the power sup and the horz by the HDT. Sometimes those small caps go bad. Are there any symptoms befor the set goes off? Pic shrink?

NO SIGN AT ALL, THE TV JUST GOES OFF. BUT, ONLY, THE FIRST TIME THE TV SET DID NOT RESPONDE TO THE REMOTE CONTROL AND THE PUSH BOTTOM FOR VOLUME UP OR DOWN AND CHANGING THE CHANNELS, THEN IT GOT OFF .
