TV not turn on...Parts I.D. (with pics)

Hi Folks,
Newbie Help
The problem on JVC av-25sx1ek is.....standybye red, green, back to standbye.(wont turn on).
Am I correct in my parts I.D
A= loptx
B= loptr
C= choptx
D= choptr FET
E= ?tx
F= ?tx
G= 300v smoothing cap
H= ?tx
Can you I.D the three tx's
Summary of test voltages taken relative to neg smooth cap
Choptr middle leg 315v, no shorts on other two legs.
choptx pin2 and pin5 = 315v, nothing on other pins 7/8.
Only 6.5v at choptx pin 16 (see diag) nothing on other pins, just pulses.
loptr middle leg 150v, no shorts on other two legs.
All resistors tested o.k out of curcuit.
Does this give us any clue before I test caps and diodes
