I'm here to thank MEL who took the time to land a hand and help me with my problem. Although the real capacitor that created the problem was C531, his guiding hints were good enough to lead me in the right direction.
Thanks MEL, I owe you one, but I don't think my advice would matter, based on my knowledge, unless you have plans to destroy every TV Set in your house.
