Toshiba 27A32 27" TV Shuts off Can't Post
Hi,



I have had this tv no more than 2 years and am having a problem, the tv will turn off after about 5 minutes. The repair shop replaced something in the tv 2 times under warranty, but now that its out of warranty, I want to do something about it. The repairs were for the tv shutting off problem. The shop wouldnt tell me what they replaced so I dont know where to start. The chassis number is M3L571

The last Toshiba that I worked on with a similar problem turned out to be a bad microprocessor IC which is not something that should be toucched unless you have good soldering skills. Also, three failures in such a short time would indicate that there is something else wrong which is causing these failures and unless corrected, will just continue.
