Toshiba 48U7653DB won't show picture or sound

Hi all,
When l turn the TV on the Toshiba logo screen flashes really fast then the TV just shows a black screen with no sound. Green light is on. After a few minutes it goes back to stand by. I have unplugged it for half hour and retried and it still does same. Its not very old, maybe 15 months. Any ideas on what it will cost to be repaired? Thank you
