I noticed the comments on the "loss of red" issue. Is that what you refer to when the people all look BLUE?
When I got up this morning I turned on the TV and all of the people were blue. I turned on the PIP and the second tuner (the pip screen) was normal in color.
Does anyone know what is going on with my tv?
I called support and they told me to unplug the tv so that it can reset itself. I will try this but I am not sure it will work. Not to mention I have to pull the tv out of its built in wall space.
Any thoughts?
