when i press any button on the panel it says "not avalable'' i read in the owners manual it will do this if the panel lock is on..ok so thought it would be easily fixed well you have to use the remote to unlock it witch does not work it does have good batteries there is nothing between it and the tv so i tried a universale remote and it would never pick up? i thought it could be the senser on the tv for the remote but i never locked the panel? this all happened at once so i have a tv with a set volume stuck on channel 3.i can change it with a vcr,cable box,etc bit i want to fix this problem right the only button on the tv that works is the power button and that doesn't even work on the remote. i had alot of ideas but as i went through the list of things its doing trying to troubleshooting it there are too many catches for me to figure out does anybody have a clue what it could be?i called toshiba and told them what it was doing they told me it was all the remote i dont believe that tho
