Toshiba CF2767a vertical problem	Can't Post

Hello,
I have a Toshiba CF2767A with a black bar at the bottom
of the screen when turned on. As the set warms up the bar shrinks telling me it's a cap. Question is which one(s). I 've replaced C308 so far with no change.

I haven't been able to locate a schematic and I was hoping this is a common problem with this set and some kind person here may know the answer.

c305, c308, and c311 are all good possibilities

If this is a circa 1989 model year of manufacture, check C305, 6, 8 and 9. You might also want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for this set with a little effort on your part.
