I have a 35" Toshiba, circa 1996 vintage. Picture quaility seems decent, but I do notice retrace lines when I change channels. I have the service manual. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the retrace lines? Is it harm to continue this way? I need to keep this thing going until the price of HDTV come down more.
