Toshiba MD14F51 first anode voltage

Hello,
Does anyone have information on what the first anode (+B) voltage should be on a Toshiba MD14F51 pure flat DVD combo set. I'm reading 143.9Vdc at the CRT PC board. Also, is that the correct place that Toshiba wants you to measure it. I'm working on a TV for my neighbor and I didn't want to have to by a service manual for just one TV. Any help would be appreciated.
