Toshiba TP48D50 broken convergence?

I have a toshiba Theaterview 48" TP48D50 with a problem. I think the convergence is broken, although nothing in there says convergence pretty sure that's a good description. I get 3 pictures at the same time, does anybody know a solution for this? I have tried to adjust the convergence in the test screen but the knobs do nothing, I have good sound and 3 good pictures if they would combine into one. Is this a terminal problem. I have tried replacing both of the stk392-020 ic chips as I had a similar problem a while back and that worked then but this is something else, as before the symptoms were slightly different as the knobs were functional. When I go to the test screen (the one with the allignment lines to set convergence) the adjustment knobs do not work this time.
