I have a Toshiba 27 inch that is only about a year old. I believe there was a power surge during recent lightning activity, unfortunately I didn't have it plugged into a surge protector. Of course the warranty doesn't cover acts of God. I took off the cover and the fuse looks ok. It doesn't look burned out. I haven't tried replacing it yet but could there be anything else wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
