Tv low and distorted sound	Can't Post

Hi I have a 14" tv that all of the sudden the volume became very low, in order to hear anything I have to put the volume on almost the highest level but then the sound comes distorted. Does anybody have a clue on what might be causing this?

It has probably got a bad component but without a make and model number it is hard to be more specific. Incidentally, you might want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to uprade to a new and bigger set with a little effort on your part.
