My son put a toy golf stick up the part of the tv where the stand for it goes but it's open because we have it on the wall. A spark came from the tv and power in house tripped. On the metal part of the golf stick is a burn make where if made contact with something any ideas?

Open TV and inspect damage.

Keep son indoors when the tree trimmers with wood chippers come around. Wink

I hope your son is ok as he could have got hurt bad doing that...There is a chance it blew a fuse in the TV when he shorted out what ever he happened to come across, you can take the back off and look for a blown sure although a lot of times they aren't the typical glass fuses and you would need a meter to test them.
