VIZIO GV42L won't turn on Can't Post

Hello,
I have GV42L vizio LCD TV and it won't turn on. When I plug the power cable, I have these:
1. Clicking sound from the power supply, but VIZIO LOGO is orange color. I can have 5V(standy), 5V, 12V, 4.7V power on and 24V. Howerver, I can't have BL ON/OFF.
2. No Clicking sound, VIZIO LOGO is orange color. Only 5V(Standby).
3. Sometimes LOGO is white when I plug power cable, but it turns to orange.
I don't see any bad capacitor. Anybody knows what is wrong?
Is the Clicking sound is normal?
Thanks in advance.

When you remove the back of the set. You will fined a couple of caps on the power supply board that are bulged and they need to be replaced, or you can buy a new power supply at www.partstore.com. If you want to just purchase the caps, you can get them at www.mcmelectronics.com
. Compilments of www.needansweronline.com

Hello,
I already checked the Cap, but I don't see any bad cap.
Do I need to measure the value using multimeter?
I hear a noise from 450V, 180uf cap when l hear clicking sound.
Thanks.

Hi,

I have a new power supply for that TV if your interested I could put it on EBay. That tv has only the power supply and main board then the panel, sounds like a power supply problem.
