Vertical small lines getting worse, screen not cracked.

Hello, I am wondering if this is a sign of a failing T Con board. The screen has never been hit or damaged and recently it has been getting worse with the vertical lines. It started at the bottom and is now 3/4 up the screen with a few new lines appearing within 15 pixles horizontally. It is a sharp LC-46D65U and recently I replaced the inverter boards about 4 months ago. This problem started about 1 month ago. I have attached some pics for a better idea of the issue, I am hoping it is a T Con board issue.
