Hello, I have a Vizio E320-A1 TV that does not have a picture or backlight. When I turn the TV on its power light stays on in a white color. Once it is on I cannot turn the TV back off (turn the light off). Holding/pressing the power button does nothing to turn it off. If I plug the TV in the light comes on and stays on. If I unplug it, hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, then once I plug it back in the light will not come on until I press the power button. Holding a flash light to the screen when the power light is on does not show any visible picture and the backlight does not come on as well. Also, if I do the above where I unplug the TV, hold the power button and then plug it back in, then the TV makes a slight high-pitched noise just like any TV that is on. There is no picture here, and once I press the power button the noise goes away. Pictures.
