Vizio E60	Can't Post

I have a Vizio E601i-A3E. It turns on for about 5 minutes and then makes a loud noise and shuts off. I replaced the power board and that did not fix the problem. I was wondering if there has been anyone else having this problem and has figured out a fix for it?

As you can see in the second link, there are more than one variant of a Main board used in this model. Be sure whatever you obtain WILL be same or equivalent.
-Loud noise, then TV shuts down.
